Space to put the chairs in two lines across from each other
Participants
RULES:
* Set the chairs up in two lines. Chairs need to be facing each other. There needs to be one less chair than players.
1. One person is “it”. Everyone else takes a seat whereever they want in the two lines of chairs.
2. Go up one line of chairs and assign a fruit to each player. Do the same up the other line of chairs. There should be at least 2 players with each fruit.(No one should know what fruit anyone has).
3. The person who is “it” calls out a fruit. Everyone with that fruit must trade seats with the one of the other players with that fruit (in large groups, you may have several players with the same fruit).
4. The “it” can also call multiple fruits and all the fruits called get up and change seats. They must choose a seat that is in the opposite line of chairs.
5. If the “it” would like everyone to move seats the person calls out “Fruit Bowl” and then everyone is required to switch seats (again choosing from the line opposite of where they were sitting).
6. When “it” calls out a fruit, they try to grab one of the vacant seats before all of them are taken. The person left without a chair is now “it”.
