Purple Cow Shake
This fun and fruity float will be a favorite at any house. Kids will love the colorful treat and Moms will love that it is low in fat!
INGREDIENTS:
3 Cups of Frozen, Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
1 Cup of Nonfat Milk
½ Cup of Thawed Frozen Grape Juice Concentrate (Undiluted)
1 ½ Tsp. LemonJuice
Step 1
In your food processor or blender container, place your 3 cups of frozen, nonfat vanilla yogurt, ½ cup of thawed frozen grape juice concentrate.
Step 2
Blend until smooth. Top with a dollop of Cool Whip Whipped Topping and a red seedless grape.
Step 3
Serve immediately.
Step 4 – VARIATION
Use Orange Juice Concentrate instead of Grape Juice Concentrate for an orange treat (Orange Cow Shake). Top with a dollop of Cool Whip Whipped Topping and a slice of orange.
Step 5 – VARIATION
Use Fruit Punch Juice Concentrate instead of Grape Juice Concentrate for an red treat (Red Cow Shake). Top with a dollop of Cool Whip Whipped Topping and a Strawberry or a few Raspberries.
Step 6 – BE CREATIVE
Follow the steps above using whatever your favorite Juice Concentrate flavor.
