Rubbery Putty is like Silly Putty. If you remember playing with Silly Putty as a child, you can appreciate how much fun children will have with Rubbery Putty.
Step 1
Mix white glue and food coloring together in a small bowl.
Step 2
Pour liquid starch into a second small bowl. Slowly pour the glue mixture on top of the liquid starch.
Step 3
Allow the mixture to stand for 5 minutes or until the glue mixture has absorbed all of the liquid starch.
Step 4
Remove putty from bowl and knead. At first, your mixture may look as though you did something wrong but the more you knead the putty, the better the consistency.
Step 5
Store the Rubbery Putty in an Easter egg or Ziploc Baggie.
Step 6
Rubbery Putty is great for a child’s birthday party favor or a craft project for a group of children.
