Santa Cupcakes

Santa Cupcakes are a favorite for any child’s Christmas party. They look great displayed on a table and the children love to share them with their friends.INGREDIENTS:
Cupcake
White and Red Icing
Mini Marshmallow
Shredded Coconut (optional)
Blue and Pink Gel Icing
Red Candy (Red Hots work great)

DIRECTIONS:
1. Frost the cupcake with a layer of white icing.

2. Using the red frosting, curve it around the side of Santa’s face to make his hat.

3. Add a mini-marshmallow for the pom-pom.

4. Sprinkle on a ring of coconut to make Santa’s beard and hair.If you don’t use coconut, use an icing bag with a star (flower) point and dot his beard.

5. Using the blue icing gel, make two dots for his eyes.

6. Using the pink icing gel, dot two “rosy” cheeks.

7. Add a Red Hot candy  in the center for his nose.
